BRAND — Globally respected premium paint and wallpaper company, Farrow & Ball has been in business for over 74 years. Responding extraordinarily to all types of light, their highly pigmented paint and wallpapers deliver a unique depth of colour and quality of finish for home owners and interior designers.
CHALLENGE — Launch Farrow & Ball into B&Q, the British multinational DIY and home improvement retailer, across their estate and on DIY.com; whilst maintaining the premium positioning of the brand and integrity across its existing channels.
IMPACT — Whist employed by Farrow & Ball, successfully led the in-store and online execution strategy for the F&B launch into 250 B&Q stores and diy.com, delivered in 10 months, driving key sales growth for the business in an extremely competitive self-serve category. This was activated with full respect to existing Farrow & Ball channels and only strengthened the brand’s outreach and respect in the marketplace.
